RETURNS POLICY

 T-SHIRT RETURNS POLICY

All our t-shirts are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the information is automatically sent and processed with our printing team. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they have come through to our side and provide refunds/exchanges.  Please carefully review sizing and measurements to ensure the item will fit correctly. 

WALL PRINTS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We currently do not offer paid returns, so you are responsible for the shipping and payment of the return. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.

When returning your parcel, please clearly include your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

To return an item correctly, please adhere to the following conditions:

• The return must be sent within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Use a tracked service for returning your items.
• Please note that custom prints are not refundable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a print, please follow the above process and then place another order for your correct item.
